This project produced the necessary train-the-trainer materials for DMX to be used at our member sites.
An internal project was created to create a manual for development and implementation of decision-making exercises. Members created the format and augmented the project report with a how-to on scenario development and exercise facilitation. Marketing Options, LLC, created the final version for publication.
The purpose of this project is to develop a detailed how-to manual for developing and facilitating Decision Making Exercises (DMX).
The Decision Making Exercises (DMX) project in 2007 showed that the method developed for training military commanders can successfully be used in process control. While an e-book and video were produced as part of that effort, this was insufficient for member companies to make use of this training method.
