We asked training experts to help us better understand both microlearning and mentorship and how these methods could be used within our COP member companies.
QIC will conduct preliminary research to identify opportunities for improvement regarding two focus areas: implementing microlearning in learning settings and improving the effectiveness of mentorship programs. The objectives of this effort are to provide background research to COP members about the learning science behind both topics and to recommend specific opportunities within COP organizations for pilot projects.
The final report will detail findings from the research and will include a roadmap for future research to pilot micro learning and mentorship programs in COP organizations.
