Objective
Several member companies have developed training scenarios for use in decision making or Shadowbox exercises. While these scenarios are for use at a specific location and unit, they may be useful as a template for other locations. Sharing the scenarios would make it easier for locations to develop scenarios for similar units, equipment, or upsets.

Scenario based training has proven to be an effective way to improve operator decision making, whether through the use of decision making or Shadowbox exercises. While creating scenarios is not difficult, many individuals find it difficult when first creating them.
